Who we are

Based in Sinaloa, Mexico, CHILIMOY was founded in the 90s, initially as a product distributor in the northwest region of Mexico, but since 2000, it has also established itself as a recognized quality manufacturer, thriving and with great growth.

We are a manufacturer company of CHILIMOY, a leading product in the local area, expanding its range of products based on making CHAMOY from natural fruits, mainly apricot, plum, tamarind, and mango, giving it a unique and special touch inspired by traditional Mexican sauces.

Our products are made with high standards of quality and flavor in our own facilities located in Culiacán, Sinaloa. We have obtained all the necessary food certifications to be considered a top product in the industry, with export quality.

Currently we have six product lines: Chilimoy Original, Chilimoy Naranjita, Chilimoy Exxtremo, Chamorick’s, PikaChamoy and powdered chili La Tambora.

At Chilimoy we contribute to the well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers, and community. We promote healthy eating and lifestyles by offering natural fruit products to our customers. We work with and support small and medium-sized agricultural producers. We invest in clean energy for the care and preservation of the environment, as well as supporting various social responsibility causes in important areas such as inclusion and philanthropy. In addition to having high-efficiency motors, equipment, and lighting, in 2019 Chilimoy Industries invested in a state-of-the-art solar panel system that allows us to use electricity from an economical, CLEAN, and RENEWABLE source.

As part of this social commitment, since 2007, Industrias Chilimoy has provided employer support to the Benito Juárez Institute for the Protection of Street Children (INPANIC), IAP, where comprehensive protection and training, educational and assistance support are provided to hundreds of children in situation or risk. street in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa; as well as their families.
